Customers in CloudCheckr CMx

The Customers tab on the Account Hierarchy page is where you can view and search for CloudCheckr CMx customers.

Customers are the projects that your organization creates in CloudCheckr CMx. A customer may include one or more accounts.

The Customers tab displays a list of CloudCheckr CMx customers identified by email address.

To search for a specific customer, type an email address in the Search bar:

Only PartnerSysAdmins will see the Customers tab.

Procedure

This procedure shows you how to select a customer from the Customers tab.

It also shows you how to select an account associated with that customer. You must select an account before you can perform any actions on an account.

  1. From the Account Hierarchy page, click Customers.
  2. Click a customer's email from the list:
  3. From the Welcome to CloudCheckr page, click Account Switcher.

    A modal window opens.

  4. Click to select one of the accounts from the list.

This procedure shows you how to edit the details of a selected customer.

  1. From the Account Hierarchy page, click Customers.
  2. Click the row associated with the customer you want to edit.

    The Edit Customer sub-drawer opens.

    From this sub-drawer, you can:

    • change the name of the customer
    • select the Disabled check box if you don't want your users to have access to the customer
    • click the Go to Access Management link to return to the Users tab where you can modify user details
    • click the Go to Account Hierarchy link to return to the Account Hierarchy page
    • delete a customer
