Associate a Role with a User

The table describes the types of roles that are available in the application and the actions associated with each role.

Role

Description

ReadonlyUser

can view reports and other data but cannot add, edit, or delete accounts

BasicUser

cannot add, delete, or configure accounts

BasicPlusUser

can delete and configure all accounts except MAV accounts

User

can add, delete, and configure accounts

Administrator

can add, delete, configure, and access all accounts and edit the user

PartnerSysAdmin

can add, delete, configure, and access all accounts and edit the user

SysAdmin

can access all partners and perform every action on any account

With the PartnerSysAdmin role, you can access all partners and perform limited actions in their accounts.

Unless you are a customer who is a master partner (also known as Level 1 access), a child partner (also known as Level 2 access), or a PartnerSys Admin, you will not have automatic access to this role. If your organization requires this role, contact support to enable it.
